Partner & CEO
He is responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the company. Nico brings over 12 years of experience as a Swiss CPA, including roles at PwC, as Head of Finance at the Tezos Foundation, and as CFO of Maverix Securities AG.
Partner & Head of Sales
He is responsible for leading the firm's commercial strategy, client relationships, and growth initiatives. Roman is a Swiss CPA and brings extensive leadership experience, including serving as former President of the Tezos Foundation and Director at PwC.
Partner & Head of Compliance Services
She is responsible for overseeing compliance, regulatory and advisory services. Michèle is a former PwC Partner with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks and financial services, including experience working for 8 years with EKB and FINMA.
Partner & Head of Accounting Services
He is responsible for leading accounting operations and client service delivery. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and brings experience from KPMG, as well as serving as Head of Finance at Maverix Securities AG.
CFO
She is responsible for overseeing the firm's financial management, budgeting, reporting, and internal controlling. Andrea brings experience from Man Investments, Leonteq, and the Tezos Foundation, with a strong track record across traditional asset management, financial services, and digital asset environments.
Head of Accounting Operations Portugal
CPA and responsible for overseeing the firm's operational activities in Portugal. João brings over 13 years of experience, including more than 11 years at PwC Portugal, as well as a role as Accounting Partner, FX & Margin Leader at Decathlon Portugal, with deep expertise in accounting, financial transformation, and operations.
Senior Accountant
She supports clients with financial accounting, reporting, and crypto-related bookkeeping. Ilaria specializes in social security and brings experience from Leonteq and the Tezos Foundation, with a strong foundation in both traditional financial services and digital asset environments.
Financial Accountant
He supports clients with bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reportings. Hugo is Portuguese CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Analysis from ISCAL Lisbon Accounting and Business School. He brings 7 years of experience at Decathlon Portugal, where he worked as an Accounting Partner.
Financial Accountant
She supports clients with accounting services, crypto-accounting, and compliance operations. Marta is Portuguese CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and brings experience from BNP Paribas, where she worked as a Payment Analyst, and from Decathlon Portugal, where she served as Accounting Specialist.
Financial Accountant
She supports clients with bookkeeping, fiduciary services, and accounting matters. Thais is a Brazilian CPA and brings over 4 years of experience in fiduciary services in Brazil, as well as a role as Accounting Specialist at Concentrix in Lisbon, with expertise spanning national and international accounting.
Regulatory & Compliance Specialist
She supports clients with compliance monitoring and regulatory advisory. Salome is a former professional athlete who brings experience from KPMG, Credit Suisse, and responsAbility Investments AG, with expertise spanning KYC/AML assessments, FinSA regulations, ESG compliance, and Swiss corporate law.
CTO
He is responsible for the firm's technology strategy, IT infrastructure, and security architecture. Marco brings over 15 years of experience in information security and blockchain technology, including roles at Compass Security, KPMG, and PwC, as well as Tech Officer at the Tezos Foundation, and currently serves as Founder of Inference, with deep expertise in penetration testing, smart contracts, and PKI.
